Gordon Burcham is the owner of G Force Rugby, the HQ for all G Force schools, as well as a selection of the G Force satellite locations.

He is the owner and founder of G Force Global, which is the partnership company for all G Force Martial Arts schools. Gordon believes in leading by example and is passionate about delivering quality martial arts. As well as offering martial arts training to the community, his Rugby location is the central training centre for all G Force instructors and partners.

Gordon has trained in multiple martial arts disciplines from an early age, and has been teaching martial arts since 1998. He is a multi world champion in kickboxing, and has literally written the book on how to run a successful martial arts school - 'The Business of Martial Arts'. He also coaches others in business and personal development.

But it's more than a business for Gordon. He believes strongly that martial arts changes lives, and his values are key to the mission of G Force, which is 'Developing Champions for Life'. This is reflected in his 'Champions 4 Life' life skills programme which is now used across the country to support and demonstrate the wider life skills that martial arts provides. He has also developed nationally used Junior Leader and Instructor development programmes, providing personal and career development opportunities in martial arts.
